Password Settings FAQs

IIf you do not find the answer you are looking for, please raise a ticket with Resolution Center.

To update your password:

  1. Go to General Settings > Profile  > Social > Invitation > Notification > Design > Avatar & Cover > Privacy > Password
  2. Locate the password fields.
  3. Enter current password.
  4. Enter new password.
  5. Repeat new password.
  6. Click Save to update.

Delete account and create a new HeyJinni account.

To enable or disable two-factor authentication:

  1. Go to General Settings > Profile  > Social > Invitation > Notification > Design > Avatar & Cover > Privacy > Password
  2. Locate the two-factor authentication field.
  3. Enable or disable.
  4. Click Save to update.
